About Washpool Soaps, Skincare and Home Fragrances
Washpool is an Australian brand that was founded in 2012 by Melissa Thomas after realizing she didn't scrutinize skincare product labels as she did food labels. She wanted to create affordable products made with natural ingredients that are gentle on the skin and the environment. The brand started with soap bars, which she sold at local handmade markets, and eventually expanded. In 2022, Washpool moved to a new purpose-built premises in the Stanthorpe, Queenland after celebrating its 13th year where each of their products is handmade by skilled artisans.
Washpool offers a range of natural and handmade skincare and hair care products, including soaps, shampoo bars, all-in-one-bars, bath bombs, home fragrances and soap accessories. All of their products are made using high-quality, natural ingredients, such as pure essential oils, clays, herbs, and plant-based oils and butters.
