Returns Policy

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items without a proof of purchase will not be accepted. Our returns policy covers items for 7 days from receipt of goods. Items after 7 days from receipt will not be accepted for any reason.

Items must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of skin, body or dental care including deodorants, toothpaste, tongue cleaners, makeup, personal care products including menstrual cups, period underwear, reusable pads, food items, gift cards or bulk products.

Faulty item received

If you have received a product that you believe is faulty, please contact as asap. The faulty item will need to be returned. Once received by us it will be inspected and we will notify you off the approval or otherwise. You may choose to exchange the item or be refunded, including any return postage.

We do not offer refunds for general wear and tear.

Incorrect item received

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact online.

Sale items

Sale items are not eligible for refund.

Change of mind

Providing that the item is returned unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging we will accept change of mind returns on products. Please note that we do not accept returns on the items listed above under Non-returnable items.

You can return the product with the original copy of your tax invoice. Returned items must be received by us within 14 days. Cost of return postage on change of mind returns is not covered by us.

If the above conditions are met, we will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the item.

We recommend tracking on return postage as we are not liable for returns that are damaged or lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your item is received, we will notify you once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds can take up to 7-14 days to appear in your nominated account after being processed.

Exchanges

We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Please contact us online if you have received a damaged or defective item.

Returns Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This does not apply if you have received a damaged item or the incorrect item.

In Store Returns

Online returns can be taken in store with original receipt of purchase. In store returns are subject to the same conditions as above and not will be assessed and processed within 10 business days.
