Shipping Policy

We know your delivery is very important and we aim to send out your items as quickly as possible.

We endeavour to ship your items within 3 business days of you placing your order. This may be extended if some items on your order are out of stock. If a delay is expected, you will be notified asap. We ship items Monday through Friday.

Our delivery fee for all orders is $9.95. Orders over $200 (excluding shipping) are free^.

We ship to Australian destinations only.

^ Orders over 5kg weight will attract a surcharge. We will contact you if this surcharge applies.

Packaging

We aim to make our zero-waste philosophy extend to our packaging as far as possible. Your order will be sent plastic free and may include recycled boxes and packaging. We use paper tape, recycled paper and string. We use minimum branding in the hope you can repurpose the packaging again too.

Items unable to be shipped

Unfortunately, some items we sell are unable to be shipped. This is because of restrictions placed on us by our suppliers, they are fresh food items, the item is too heavy or bulky to be shipped, they are classified as dangerous goods or the items colour/style is unique and needs to be chosen by you in store.

Products from the following ranges (though not limited to) are only available to be purchased in store:

  • Eco Max Brooms
  • Pottery for the Planet
  • Bulk liquids (We are trying to work out how to make this work-stay tuned!)
  • Essential Oils
  • No Pong
  • Beeswax wraps
  • Nut butters, honeys, vinegars, oils

Delivery Terms and Conditions

We use Australia Post to ship most items.

Delivery times can vary between 2-7 business days. Please allow more time for rural or remote areas.

If you have entered a PO Box number for delivery, then your order will be shipped with Australia Post.

Tracking details can be provided with all orders as requested.

We do not accept liability for delivery delays caused by third parties.

Please ensure the correct address is submitted. We are not responsible if you have entered that address incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as being unclaimed or not deliverable due to the incorrect address entered, a refund will be issued for the product minus any postage paid.
