GW 464 Soy Wax is a premium quality candle wax made from hydrogenated soybean oil with a soy-based additive.
Natural and kosher certified, this wax is specially formulated to improve fragrance performance, reduce frosting, and provide excellent glass adhesion for smoother, more consistent candles.
The added soy-based enhancer allows the wax to be poured at higher temperatures, helping to achieve a cleaner finish and stronger fragrance throw. With its lower melt point, GW 464 delivers an excellent burn performance and is ideal for container candles, tealights, and clamshell melts.
This wax is easy to work with and does not require additional additives.

Seasonal & Natural Wax Variations
As with all soy waxes, seasonal temperature changes can affect pouring performance. Higher pour temperatures may be needed during cooler months, while lower temperatures may work better in warmer conditions.
You may notice visible condensation in the wax flakes or melted wax due to manufacturing and storage conditions. Airing the wax before use is recommended, as this can assist with candle setting and performance.
Occasionally, small dark particles may appear in the wax. This is polymerised soybean oil created during the manufacturing process and does not affect candle quality or performance.
