Directions for Use:
Cut the soap base into small pieces and melt using either:
- A heatproof bowl over gently simmering water
- A double boiler
- A microwave in short intervals
Take care not to overheat the soap base. For best results, keep the temperature below 75°C, as overheating may reduce the soap’s clarity and transparency.
Stir regularly to ensure the soap melts evenly. Once fully melted, add fragrance oils, colours, botanicals, or exfoliants as desired. Mix thoroughly and pour into soap moulds.
Avoid using metal moulds, as they may cause sticking or discolouration.
Allow soaps to fully set before removing from moulds. For best results, leave soaps to cure for approximately 24 hours before packaging or stamping.
Due to the high glycerin content, finished soaps should be wrapped promptly in clear film after unmoulding to maintain their appearance and help prevent moisture absorption.
Store in a cool, dry place away from excess humidity.
